We're seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join our international team in Stockholm, Sweden. In the this role, you will be responsible for the administration of compliance cases and be the key influence of team culture.
Sound interesting? Here are some specifics:
• Administration of cases being escalated to the Nordic Compliance Manager for approval
• Create/update regional procedures to properly document processes
• Implement, communicate and manage changes needed to ensure tracking, escalations and evaluation of PEP and GDD Alerts for the Nordic countries
• Centralized point of contact for the Nordic team and cascade down to the GFO team any KYA/KYC policies, changes, rollouts and escalations
• Preparation and submission of weekly reports and MIS to Director Northern Europe
• Consolidate/distribute to GFO team/Directors weekly and monthly QA results and manage translation and team communication
• Align with DOJ/US settlement supervisor of programs impacting the AI program and coordinate with all WU Compliance Officers in Nordic
• Assists Nordic AML Compliance Manager with SAR submission and subpoena requests received in Stockholm office
• Assists Nordic AML Compliance with Compliance matters

What You Will Need To Succeed
• Language: Swedish and English on high professional level, other Nordic language is an advantage
• Professional experience as paralegal/legal secretary is an advantage
• Strong Integrity and able to work independently

• IT: Word, Excel and PowerPoint + ability to learn new IT systems
• Analytical skills and experience is required
• Reporting experience to management is required
• Team spirit for overall departmental objectives and individual contributor for own duties
