Husqvarna Group is a global leading producer of outdoor power products for forest, park, and garden care. Position Overview:
We are seeking a Compliance Communication Specialist to join our LASI function, specifically supporting the Compliance & Regulatory area led by our Chief Compliance Officer. This role will expand our traditional compliance communications to address the broader communication and training needs of the LASI function.
Our Legal Affairs & Strategic Investments (LASI) function oversees eight critical areas, including Core Legal, Risk Management, Product Compliance & Safety, Board & Corporate Governance, Compliance & Regulatory including Group's Privacy, AI & Data, Business Development, Intellectual Property and Mergers & Acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation and Management: Develop and manage communication and training content aligned with Compliance & Regulatory program objectives, ensuring global alignment and messaging.
Multichannel Communications: Design, manage, and execute multichannel communications and training initiatives supporting Compliance & Regulatory and other LASI areas.
Performance Metrics: Develop and maintain key performance indicators related to compliance program pillars to measure effectiveness and impact.
Training and Accessibility: Design and ensure the accessibility of training and communication materials, supporting LASI's broader needs.
Key Accountabilities:
Project Execution: Execute training and communication projects from inception to completion, including the annual risk culture assessment.
Content Development: Draft compliance training materials, including flowcharts and process documentation.
Presentation Skills: Create and deliver impactful presentations for various audiences.
Metrics Reporting: Develop and deliver functional metrics to align with organizational priorities.
Industry Engagement: Participate in benchmarking and industry organizations related to compliance and communication best practices.

Who are you?
To succeed in this position you should have a proven experience in compliance communications or similar role. Bachelor's degree in Communications, Compliance, or related field. As a person you have the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. You like a structured way-of-working, have strong project management and organizational skills. Additionally, you have excellent cooperation and written and verbal communication skills. Fluent English (verbal and written) is required.
