We are now looking for a Compensation Analyst (temporary assignment) who will
provide and support in Compensation & Benfits issues to HR Business Partners and managers. In addition to this to administer the established Compensation & Benefits programs so that they are implemented efficiently and equitably and comply with all relevant collective agreements, individual employment contracts, regulations, laws, and the organization's employment policies and standards.
Compensation & Benefits is included in Group HR. Group HR have the functional responsibility for all HR in Vattenfall, i.e. HR in the business (BD and BU) and Shared Service HR, The Group Function HR consists of eight areas of competence: Talent Management, Organisational Development & Change, Compensation & Benefits, HR-Controlling, Health & Safety, Security, Corporate Centre HR and Industrial Relations. • Provide general support in Compensation and Benefits processes to HR Business Partners and Line mangers
• Provide subject matter expertise to key internal stakeholders within the Vattenfall
• Conduct analyzes and interpret program rules and policies so that compensation & benefits programs are administered effectively and in accordance with the organization's reward strategy
• As project member Contribute to development of Group wide Compensation and Benefits process
• As subject matter expert be accountable for the process execution inline with agreed policies and guidelines for the following Group wide processes
o Job evaluation
o Market data process
o Annual Salary Review for Executives
o STI process for the Executives
• Be the process owner of data management for key Compensation and Benefits processes
• Support the senior process owner in the provision of appropriate training and communication to HR business Partners and Line managers
• To liaise with external providers of services and together with them deliver agreed services for the following areas:
o Input to market data benchmarks surveys in regards of Compensation and benefits
o External consultants for Job evaluation in alignment with agreed service level agreement
Qualifications and personal characteristics
• Academic degree in HR, Finance or Legal
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR or related business
• Minimum 2 years of subject matter expertise
• Experience in executing Compensation processes locally
• Sound analytical skills
• Sufficient IT skills to ensure that operational work is effectively managed
• Fluent in Swedish and English both in speaking as well as writtenThis position is located in Arenastaden, Solna
