We are looking for an experienced profile who is ready to take our digital communication into a new league. Someone who excels at writing copy and creating content, and who is aware of the latest trends and formats on social media - and who knows what we mean when we talk about lead optimizing and lead generating.
We expect you to be an awesome writer and an excellent content creator and strategist with a successful track record of driving business results. Since you'll be managing our SoMe channels in both Denmark and Sweden, your creative mind must be as solid as your coordination skills and your ability to see the big picture.
You need to have either Swedish or Danish as your first language but since we are an international company, we also need you to be able to both write and speak English. If you apply for this job (which we hope you will!), feel free to write in your mother tongue.
You'll be an integrated and important part of our marketing and communication department, which is split between our offices in Sweden and Denmark. You'll be the senior content producer in Sweden, and your base of operations will be at our Stockholm office together with a handful of dedicated MarCom people. You'll refer to and work closely with our Head of Engagement, who is located in Copenhagen.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Responsible for making us stand out on social media by creating the most unique and inspiring content to drive growth and engagement
- Responsible for planning and executing our SoMe strategy
- Creating engaging content and supporting student workers and interns in doing the same
- Responsible for overseeing and supporting our social media calendar and distribution schedule while working closely with content creators in Denmark
- Exploring new and emerging social media platforms, trends and opportunities
- Responsible for monthly reporting on social media content, engagement and campaign effectiveness
- Writing articles for trade and broad media
- Writing copy for offline ads
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing and communication
- 2+ years of dedicated experience working with social media
- Excellent communication skills and a track record of great copy and content that has driven engagement
- Experience managing the planning, production and optimization of social media content
- A commercial and creative mindset
- Understanding of and experience with marketing analytics and tracking
- Experience working across multiple locations simultaneously is preferable, but not essential
- Detail oriented with a bulletproof breadth of view
- Strong English skills
