What you will be a part of
Dynamics, a business area of Saab, offers ground combat weapons, missile systems, torpedoes, sensor systems, unmanned underwater vehicles, signature management systems and training systems for armed forces as well as remotely operated vehicles and security systems for the offshore industry and nuclear power plants.
You will be a part of a small, dedicated team, with the mission to give the best possible support in communications.
Our overarching target is to "Drive and inspire excellent communication" and with colleagues in the business area and with other units within SAAB, create a communication that make us reach our strategic business goals.
We work together to deliver what is needed, which, for the right person, means opportunities to further expand the work content over time. The work is very varied and contains many contacts both inside and outside the company.
Your role

Your challenge is to provide a professional support with the other colleagues in the field of communication, with a focus on internal communication.
The work includes both strategic and operational work with communication such as writing articles, creating presentations, communication planning, working with coaching managers, change communication and project communication, as well as producing movies, photography, intranet and social channels, and more.

Your skills and experience
You are self-sufficient, thorough and structured and have a strong focus on results. Being service oriented is a matter of course for you and you are the one who always sees opportunities and finds solutions. You are social, outward, trustworthy and pragmatic and are experienced as "easy to deal with".
You are used to working against deadlines and enjoy managing several tasks at the same time. You have a good sense of and interest in image, film and text messages and its possibilities for effectively communicating a message through different channels. Targeted communication and using communication as a tool for reaching set goals are natural for you and drives you to develop further. You are used to working with digital tools and are easy to get to and learn new.
You may be newly graduated or you have a few years of experience from internal communication, preferably within a larger organization.
You should have very good knowledge in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as well as good knowledge and habits from the use of modern computer tools, web applications as well as image and text editing programs.
You have a relevant university / college education in the media and communications field or equivalent. Experience from similar tasks, as well as industry experience, is meritorious.
The service involves work in defence industry. Therefore, you are required to conduct and get the approval from a security review by Authorities.
