Our Outsourcing Business Development unit consists of 35 international professionals, who are together our key projects related to continuous development and quality, in all the Accountor countries.
We are now looking for Communication & Knowledge Specialist to help us build the structures of internal communication and knowledge sharing at Accountor.
As a member of the Quality team in the International Business Development unit, you, as our Communication & Knowledge Specialist, will create best practices for process knowledge sharing and change communication in co-operation with key stakeholders.
In this newly established position, your key responsibilities will include:
• Developing and running the process for communicating change
• Designing and implementing best practices for knowledge documentation and training
• Participating in change projects to ensure world class communication and training
• Actively seeking new and innovative methods and best practices for training and knowledge sharing
For this position we are looking for someone with:
• Proven skills in content creation and previous experience from internal communications
• A digital mindset and hands on attitude
• An innovative touch on knowledge sharing
• Great interpersonal skills and capability to perform successfully in a widely spread matrix organization
• Excellent communication skills in English, other Nordic languages are an asset
