We are now establishing the preconditions to lead Process and data & technology together to enable business movements for IKEA for many years to come. Organisational capabilities, such as a new Data & Technology department and Process leadership is being set up - all with the assignment to lead by holding together development of digital capabilities and contribute to Developing the offer.

Job Description
Communication is a vital part of our business. None of our digital capabilities would come to life without communication. When people are inspired and passionate about what they do and know why they do it, business can be really successful.
In this role you will be a part Inter IKEA digital communication network of expertise and lead and work closely together with peers across the totality of Inter IKEA and across IKEA to strengthen and contribute to the journey IKEA is on to develop digital capabilities, enabling IKEA in an omnichannel reality. Together you will be key contributor in demonstrating the business value enabled by development of digital capabilities through our core business processes. You will a lead a team that together enable business movements within Developing the offer with communication
You will report to our Digital Manager Core Business Range and work closely with the Communication Manager IKEA Group digital to lead towards uniformity and commonality. You will also be working closely together with our Process Leader for Developing the offer. You will empower talents in your own area by securing a competent and high performing communication team. You will work towards creating prerequisites for an inclusive, transparent and organisational interdependent communication flow through continuous sharing and dialogue and easy access to latest information. You will further contribute to increased understanding and learning by involving and sharing good and relevant examples of development -recognising people and deliverables. You will enable movements by bringing people on the journey in a step by step approach
As part of core business Range you will lead the work towards enabling data & technology as a natural part of the business and have the capability to develop communication for our tactical priorities connected to Developing the offer process (e.g. Customer facing communication, Building the core of product information, Part centric ways of working, etc.).
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, we believe you are a strong leader able to inspire and mobilise people towards clearly set objectives. We believe you are passionate about communication as a business enabler and tactical tool to lead business and people and to drive engagement. We believe you have an extensive knowledge and understanding of working with business and communication planning and execution, and an understanding of how communication supports and increases the impact of a business agenda.
We are looking for a visionary, pragmatic and adaptable leader with strong willpower with the ability to dive into the topics and work towards creating simplified messages and securing IKEA tone of voice. You are curious and able to build trustful relationships and networks with stakeholders, business partners and franchisees. You have the capability to navigate and lead business and people in a complex, ambiguous and fast-changing business and technology environment.
