Inter IKEA Range & Supply, R&S, is a core business within Inter IKEA Group, responsible for developing and supplying the global IKEA range. IKEA of Sweden AB, or IoS, is one of two core units within Range & Supply, and is responsible for developing and determining the IKEA range and making it available to stores and customers all over the world. IoS is based in Älmhult - the heart of IKEA and the center of IKEA range development and supply chain.

Marketing & Communication focuses on strategic development of the IKEA product and range marketing and communication, brand building communication as well as communication to the many people inside and outside of IKEA.
We are now looking for a Communication leader with focus on Sustainability to join our Range and Product Communication team
Job Description
As a Communication Leader Sustainability, you lead the development of a range and product communication strategy, centered on finding a simple and easy to understand narrative around sustainability.
You are responsible, lead and create effective communication for the development of the strategic approach of customer facing range and product communication connected to the topic of sustainability. We are looking into new ways of collaborating with IKEA businesses where leading in two dimensions will be the key. We see that having one foot in the competence of communication assets, like images, text and stories, and the other foot in the topic of Sustainability will be the way we identify, enable and lead the needs of tomorrow.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you are well-organized with an extensive experience working with customer facing range and product communication. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to listen to, influence and challenge a diverse group of stakeholders. You have an interest in home furnishing and, perhaps most importantly, you always, always have the customer in mind in all that you do!

Passionate about communication as a business enabler and tactical tool to lead business and people and to drive engagement.
Motivated by having a holistic view yet an eye for details.
Appreciate the mix of tactical thinking and turning communication theory into practice.
You have excellent skills in building and working through networks of stakeholders.
