About this opportunity!
We are looking for a Commercial Transformation Director within GFGO Group Journey Transformation Capability Hub to support scale adoption of Select and Buy portfolio, including capability such as Digital Customer Price Book solution, premium, quotation and ordering. In global journey transformation we are enabling digitalization of customer Select to Order experience.
Customer Journey and transformation strives to bring enhanced user experience and operational efficiency allowing E2E digital quotation and ordering flows. This position will act as end-user representative and subject matter expert in the area of pricing & commercial management. They will support solution development, deployment and adoption of the tools and processes across different Market Areas for selected accounts within customer journey transformation.
What you will do
Support Journey & capability team by bringing MA/CU business understanding, end-user view and process expertise.
Provide Account/CU user requirements and validate features and functionalities being developed by GJT central team
Act as Commercial Subject Matter Expert, answering questions raised by the development team & end users
Support the global change management activities led by Customer Journey teams
Collaborate with other transformation initiatives and capabilities within the areas of GJT and Group Sales
Ability to create business case for devOps environment and return on instrument plan.
Present MA/CU adoption plan to Executive and C-level

You will bring
Min 5 years Commercial and price manager experience for a large account
In-depth pricing, commercial and sales process knowledge
Min 5 year experience working in sales tools such Premium, deploying commercial tools and practice within MA/CU/Accounts
experience on commercial T&C both HW/SW and Services
experience with change management, scale adoption and agile methodologies

Additional requirements:
Confidence and initiative to take the lead in solving sophisticated cross functional problems in Select to Order customer journey
Ability to lead discussions with the accounts in helping them standardize and migrate their existing price books into the digital solution
Executive communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to present complex issues clearly and understandably to various stakeholders
Basic understanding of IFRS15, financial and order booking processes
Understanding of BCTC process
