Description
Are you interested in creating an even stronger product leadership to unleash an untapped market potential? Do you have a strong passion for Centrifugal Separation Technologies? If so, this position may be for you.
As Commercial Product Manager, within BU Processing Components and Supply Chain, you will be responsible for the overall Centrifugal Separation product portfolio as well as all globally driven initiatives. Portfolio roadmaps and
Long-term visions are done in collaboration with our Strategic Alliance Partner Alfa Laval.
Commercial product management is responsible for the Key Component portfolio within the technology areas of Homogenization, Separation and Heat Transfer.
You will report to the Manager of Commercial Product management. You should expect to travel approximately 25% of the time.
Main responsibilities
• Commercial product owner of the Separation portfolio
• Profit & Loss responsibility
• Product deployment and implementation of growth initiatives
• Capture market needs and through key initiatives, securing a compelling value proposition for Separation products and services
• Define, align and drive activities cross functional and together with our key component cluster organizations
• Marketing intelligence
Qualifications
As a person you are result oriented and self motivated and you are able to inspire and motivate people in the organisation. You find motivation in being the spider in web, in contributing with initiative and new ideas. Bringing a strong Commercial profile, you have a solid track record of achievements and learning with you, all in all to support your own ambitions while fulfilling our strategic intent for Separation. You are secure in yourself and possess an ability to take decisions on your own.
To be successful you have a University degree within engineering or equivalent working experience. A solid knowledge about Centrifugal Separation or related technologies is essential in this position. Previous experience from working in the Dairy/Beverage processing industry or manufacturing is seen as a merit. A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
