Job description
As a Commercial Manager you’ll have the following responsibilities:
• Audit contracts in accordance with the company internal procedures, regulations and reviewing process, ensure the quality of sales contract in terms of Compliance, Deliverability and Profitability aspects.
• Analyze and make proposals to the terms & conditions of the customer’s contracts and other commercial requirements, pursue and maintain the balance between requirements of external customers and improvement of our sales transaction quality (including Contract, Collection, and Fulfilment aspects).
• Support technical team in the preparation of bid packages.
• Take part in clarification and negotiation about contractual and commercial matters related to the proposal.
• Participate in cross department initiatives, identify potential commercial risks and liabilities associated with the proposal, effectively Connect internal business frontline and sales decision making team.
• provide advice and expertise report to sales decision making team, clearly explain the rationale behind decision concerns and perspectives, including but not limited to risk foresight, SWOT analysis, commercial model, service, fulfilment, tax, foreign exchange, law etc..
• Draw up and optimizing contracts handling process to improve contract quality, efficiency and risk control. Ensure and maintain all our commercial work follow up the different internal disciplines and authorization, compliance to internal audit control procedure.
• Deeply involved in the negotiation and commitment with potential partners and customers resulting in win-win outcomes under the general strategy of the company.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking for a candidate with the following qualifications:
• Bachelor degree or higher in international trade, accounting, law, logistics or relevant from an accredited university.
• More than 3 years relevant working experience, evidence of deep and wide professional experience on similar position, agency side or possibly client side, preferably in leader company list in Fortune 500, experience in telecommunication field is a big plus.
• Project bidding track record is a must, proven ability in commercial and legal knowledge, perceived individual added value in the bidding win results.
• Familiarity with operations organization structure, processes, network O&M and other management works of telecom operators
• Ability to understand the customers' needs in order to achieve the desired solutions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to communicate with all levels of internal and external parties.
• Ability to work under pressure, fast learner, high energy, not afraid to take responsibilities.
• Dynamic personality and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
• Good command of English
• Good command of PC skills

You will work in the Nordic and Baltic organization based in Stockholm, Sweden.
