We are looking for a new team member to join Digital Services Commercial Management. You are a strong and passionate individual, capable of operating in an environment of new and fast-moving technologies and trend-shifts
In this job role, you work in close collaboration with the Sales Development Heads & Market Area Commercial Management teams to help shape our offerings to be commercially competitive and profitable. You will drive development of commercial strategies and tactics and other assets for reuse across the market areas.
You have an excellent drive for results and are well organized, creative and can challenge existing ways of working by driving continuous improvement. You have strong analytic skills and a good understanding of our business environment and portfolio as well as solid interpersonal and communication skills. You enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are experienced influencing others across organizations and units. Your personal drive and ability to take on the tasks at hand are crucial for this recruitment.

The positions will report into the Head of Commercial Management and is located in Stockholm.
Responsibilities:
Proactive work with Market Areas Commercial Management contributing with global experience & competence to define sustainable commercial strategy, price positioning for BDGS offerings, Price model's and T&Cs in complex commercial deals, negotiations,
Analyze and provide recommendation for approval to head of BDGS SCM, Sales Development Heads and other responsible approvers for Tier 1 & Tier 2 customers.
Secure consistent commercial decision base for BDGS's non-delegated business.
Secure consistent commercial data and tracking for BDGS business in Market Area including Qualified Data Tracking and Price Model tracking, drive correct use of pricing tools in Market Areas and availability of necessary commercial data for Quarterly Business Reviews
Proactive harvesting of CI data.
Proactive identification and addressing of Market Area competence gaps and missing information assets including specific guidelines, value argumentation and commercial tools.
Drive change and innovation in BDGS commercial strategy and lead informational asset creation
Deep techno-commercial knowledge of BDGS portfolio

Key Qualifications:
Education: University degree
Min 5 years work experience in Ericsson Commercial Management and/or Product Area, Service Area, Business Management, Sales in Ericsson
Solid understanding of BDGS portfolio as well as understanding of commercial T&Cs
Hands-on commercial experience covering price model customization, commercial analysis, negotiation strategy and on-site commercial support including customer-facing meetings
Ability to solve complex problems working with high degree of independency, ability to anticipate challenges and start acting in advance
Ability to manage stress, uneven workload and acute deadlines
Strong team player and outstanding networking skills
Excellent communications skills
Thriving in a changing environment and passionate about contributing to shape it
Striving for simplification and ability to see the bigger picture.
High level of flexibility
