Overview
Do you think you can be our new Commercial Director?
This is a crucial position in further strengthening our business in the Swedish market. As Commercial Director, you are part of the Region Management Team and you lead the Local Management Team in Sweden. You will report to the VP Sales & Marketing Consumer Goods, Region North.
As Commercial Director within Consumer Goods, you will be responsible for sales results and for developing, directing and controlling related sales activities in the Swedish market. You ensure that agreed sales, growth and profitability targets are achieved. You manage this through empowering and developing your own team as well as key customer relations, working with high focus on brands such as Libero, Libresse, Edet and TENA.
The position is located in Gothenburg, Sweden.





Main Tasks
Lead, direct and develop the local organization in terms of structure, people and performance to achieve maximum efficiency & effectiveness.
Establish a high performance culture by developing the local team's knowledge, skills and abilities through trainings, regular performance feedback, and on-going coaching.
Define, implement and follow up sales plan for area of responsibility, based on overall related business objectives and GTM strategies.
Manage and execute sales and marketing approach with responsibility for local P&L budget and result.
Secure achievement of country financial and non-financial targets.
Build & maintain strong relationship with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and long term profitable growth.
As member of the Regional Management Team, you take an active part in regional strategy work, follow up regional achievements, act on deviations and take an active part in regional projects.

Key Competencies
Degree in economics and/or marketing
Has considerable industry/FMCG experience - deep knowledge of Swedish "retail" market
Extensive commercial experience with P&L responsibility
Experience in Branded sales, E-commerce and marketing
Proven leadership experience
Result orientation
Courage and commitment
Customer relations
Collaboration and influencing
Perspective and make the vision happen
Negotiation skills
Fluent in English and Swedish

Additional Information
Office based, but travel to regional- and international meetings are required.
