Just the right tasks for you:
• Provide audience analysis and insight to grow the appeal of VIMN's brands and drive business growth in the Nordics markets.
• Support AdSales and other key business areas by providing strategic and commercial analysis to optimize ROI.
• Support scheduling, marketing and other key business areas with consumer analysis and insight in Viacom's digital products.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders.
• Help produce robust performance projections for Nordics markets to support effective business planning.
• Become a local market expert by staying abreast of market trends and amassing competitive intelligence.
• Assist in managing all relevant local research information sources and databases.
• Participate in relevant presentations and meetings, hosting and presenting data where required.
• Help leverage insight and analysis from the broader research group to support the Nordic markets.
• Strive to pro-actively identify new growth opportunities (both large and small) based on analysis of the market.
• Be extremely responsive to business challenges.
That's why we want you:
• You have 2 years of experience in a similar analytical role, preferably within Broadcaster, Agency or other Media Owner.
• You have relevant higher education (statistics or media preferably).
• You have good knowledge of the commercial media industry in the Nordic markets.
• Analytical skills, organized work approach while being open to short term re-prioritization.
• You have effective communication skills, including presenting research findings, ability to explain basic research methodologies and desire to interpret and transform findings into actionable insight.
• You have working knowledge of TV data systems and how to interpret the resultant information (e.g. TechEdge).
• Excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages, specifically Excel.
You would be outstanding by having:
• Knowledge of social and digital media reporting tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Comscore, Nielsen, Hitwise).
• Working knowledge of macro writing & pivot tables.
• Experience of financial modelling, ROI and forecasting.
• Experience in designing, commissioning and/or managing primary research projects.
• Structure, business-mind, aware of details, proactive, self-motivated and like to cooperate with others.
• Responsible, committed, self-driven and able to work independently.
