About this opportunity
Are you experienced working with Services in the MAs/BAs as Customer Program Director, significant experience of BCSS service delivery and have a thought leadership on modernizing the service delivery flow, including handover from sales - then you might want to join GFGO team! We are now looking for a Cloud Transformation Director to, together with a team, lead the transformation and digitalization of business flow for Service Delivery. You will report to Head of Capability Hub, which is organized under GFGO Global Journey Transformation. You will be an authority of Install-to-Accept mini journey within Cloud Native Customer Journey (CNCJ), and work in close collaboration with the Head of CNCJ.
Global Journey Transformation (GJT) is a simplification initiative, hosted in Group Function Global Operations (GFGO), that has the group responsibility to drive end-to-end business or process transformations based on Ericsson and the Executive Team's priority list.
This position is open for Worldwide.

What you will do
The Cloud Transformation Director will be the driver for modernizing, simplifying, and digitalizing the service delivery flow. You will lead the planning and design of the new operating model to deliver BCSS services (business flow, tools/systems, data).

Be part of defining, setting and steering objectives and key results as well as build cases and continuously follow up on progress and improvements
Create and a develop roadmap as well as backlog and be accountable for roadmap commitments
Craft and design the journey with underlying business processes, capabilities/systems, and data requirements with digitalization authorities and MA/BA service delivery SMEs (Domain Authorities)
Steer work according to jointly set objectives and key results and reasons. Being accountable for objectives and key results and case
Work closely with Market Area and Business Area colleagues to collect their input to simplify, digitalize and automate
Lead the development work and help the team to deliver on the committed monthly and quarterly plans. Manage tightly dependencies and impediments
Plan and secure pilots and adoption of the business flow, tools, and methods
Prepare assets needed for a successful adoption and follow-through with the MAs on scaling
Be the spokesperson for the mini journey
Be active contributor in the cloud native customer journey LT
Take active effort in building a healthy and successful team environment

You will bring
To be successful in this role, you should have a great eye for business, strong customer and end-user focus as well as change leadership experience. We see that you are a superb communicator with a big network (especially in the MAs and BCSS), as you will participate and collaborate with stakeholders on various levels across the Ericsson organization.

Significant experience of BCSS service delivery in MA or/and BA
Thought leadership on modernizing the service delivery flow, including handover from sales
Leadership skills on multi-functional teams and managing uncertainty and complexity
Change leadership experience, a change maker
Good communication and negotiation skills, excellent planning and organization ability, Excellent leadership skills to handle the complexity of a program achieving the end objectives
Demonstrable experience of planning and driving projects and/or roadmaps in R&D and customer projects
Result oriented with a track record of delivering results in large involved customer engagements and projects
Experience in digitalization or other transformation initiatives, passionate about innovation
Wide understanding of how Ericsson operates and Customer Business Processes
Solid combination of critical thinking and pragmatic rapid action
