Interested to incubate exciting new products in Cloud RAN?
Excellent, as we are now looking for a creative, energetic, program manager to lead our Cloud RAN Innovation Program within Cloud RAN development group. We are embracing a start-up mentality to deliver our product with better customer experience and increased organizational efficiency; a key part of our work is the innovation of great new ideas.
As the Innovation Program manager, you will incubate and own a few great ideas from concept to first product with key customers. You will be a key enabler for our proof of product work - comfortable in dealing with fast paced prototyping and high degrees of ambiguity - you never see roadblocks, only different paths forward. Your leadership will drive innovation across internal teams, external partners and customers to realise a vibrant Cloud RAN ecosystem based on Ericsson technology leadership.
You will
Identify key ideas to incubate based on collaboration with colleagues in Cloud RAN, the wider Ericsson family, our industry partners and customers.
Lead with a passion for innovation a group of high-performing teams with a strong culture of trust, collaboration, and autonomy
Align your teams to measurable business outcomes in terms of proof of products, not output or activity
Help build a culture of innovation across the development group to big the pipeline of great new ideas
Represent - through daily actions - our values and behaviours
To be successful in the role you must have:
Be a proven thought leader with a track record of innovation with customers and a can-do attitude to make things happen!
Have a track record for identifying new ways of working (Lean, Agile & Beyond), organizing and driving R&D efficiency.
Thrive when you get to engage with customers, external stakeholders, within Ericsson and outside to strengthen synergies.
Look for ways to do things differently, but not forgetting the strength of Ericsson. You drive and embrace innovation and change with a collaborative mindset.
Are a courageous leader with the ability to make timely and fact-based decision and consistently step forward to take accountability for these decisions.
Minimum criteria that will be used to qualify applicants:
Education: Degree / post graduate degree in computer science or engineering degree with minimum 10 years software development practice in a product development unit
Domain experience: Innovation experience in Radio / OSS / Cloud
