We are looking for a Cloud - CIU Unit. Depending on actual business requirements travel within Nordic and abroad will be required from time to time.
TCS experience/knowledge is a merit
Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for All Deliveries of TCS Private cloud at Sweden
• Will be helping Sales and Solution team for new Business
• Will work with team to get more business from current customers
Manage deliveries across multiple projects & work streams
Work across TCS and customer organization to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds expectations
Continually review processes to ensure that all tasks are being completed in the most efficient way within defined SLAs and BLA's
Provide foresight into potential future issues (technology or processes related) that may impact TCS/customer
Provide visibility for costs of cloud efforts, including recommendation for cost and capacity management
Report on process improvements, team performance, cost, and service levels for various management levels
Align with Project Management Office & other support teams to drive projects to completion
Identify and drive Automation - Communicate with all levels of the customer/TCS organization, senior leadership to Technical staff
Identify new business opportunities in existing accounts
Will be managing resources who are supporting TCS DCs at Sweden
TCS Service Delivery Managers of different clients in TCS Private Cloud Sweden will be reporting in.
Responsible for Budget Allocation of TCS Private Cloud Availability Zone at Sweden
i.e. Purchase of Datacenter equipment etc. Responsible for P&L of Sweden Private Cloud.
