The Client Solutions Manager is a strategic solution-driver with a focus on developing ROI-driven marketing strategies, driving growth by constantly improving performance for advertisers and implementing measurement & attribution solutions. This role is responsible for optimizing complex opportunities and using data and analytics to build consultative and technical solutions for our customers, providing business insights, driving revenue, advertiser education, and satisfaction through a consultative, data-driven approach. Success in this position requires consultative sales and analytical skills, a focus on client service and commercial acumen, and the drive to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment.
Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: In close partnership with Client Partner, Cross Functional Partner and CSMs, develop and execute a long-term vision for the partnership, driving transformational growth and solidifying the client's position as a fashion retail leader
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing Science, Product, Creative Shop, and Partnerships teams to pilot and scale emerging products and business messaging (WhatsApp) solutions
Omnichannel leader: Design and implement measurement frameworks to prove the value of Meta's platforms in driving both online and in-store sales, leveraging Incremental Attribution and Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns
Data-Driven Storytelling: Leverage data, analytics and AI to build compelling, insight-led presentations that showcase performance, justify strategic pivots, and inspire investment in cutting-edge advertising solutions
Multi-Market Execution: Manage complex, multi-market campaign structures and project-manage work streams across regional and global stakeholders
Creative Leadership: Extend creative best practices and strategic frameworks across global client teams and regions
Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders
Analyze data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions
Minimum Qualifications
8+ years of experience in ad sales, marketing, media, and/or consulting
Demonstrated knowledge of digital media platforms, advertising success metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, brand building, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships, CRM)
Experience working with global fashion retail brands in a client-facing, consultative capacity, navigating complex global stakeholder environments
Understanding and experience of omnichannel retail dynamics - including how digital advertising drives both online and in-store business outcomes and solutions that can accelerate this
Experience of managing campaigns or marketing programs across multiple markets or regions
Experience of guiding media and creative strategy, planning, and implementation of campaigns to deliver against KPIs
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience advising C-suite executives
Familiarity with advanced measurement methodologies (Conversion Lift, Incrementality testing, MMM, Incremental Attribution)
Experience in applying AI solutions to drive operational efficiency and performance outcomes
Effective and creative problem solving and decision making skills, and the love to learn in an ambiguous environment
Experience of analyzing large datasets and delivering actionable insights
Professional working proficiency in English due to the need to partner with external clients globally
Preferred Qualifications
A cross-section of experiences covering both creative and media agencies
Experience of utilizing AI to analyze data and market research to inform creative and strategic decision-making, and to present insights compellingly to executive leaders
Direct hands-on experience with Instagram and/or creator marketing - including campaign design, content strategy, creator briefing, and audience development
A portfolio or track record in developing and executing successful, creator-led social media campaigns for major brands
Previous experience at Meta or a major social platform, particularly in content strategy, creator partnerships, or product marketing for short form content
Experience of business messaging (WhatsApp for Business) and paid messaging solutions for businesses and brands
Experience working across global markets and/or an international background that informs a global perspective
