The Governance and General Support Team is part of Client Services, service and support the global Corporate Solutions client portfolio. Our team mainly support the European client base via phone and e-mail.
Main tasks:
As Client Support Specialist you will operate as the 1st line support and triage for all products. You will manage issue resolution with the technical team and/or developers to ensure timely and solution oriented feedback to clients. For this it is expected that you actively own internal and external support requests to exceed client expectations.
You will have a close cooperation with the account managers and other stakeholders within the company to solve any client requests.
Training and on boarding of clients is handled by our Product Specialists team but it is expected that Client Support can also step in and do a client training if schedule allows it or there are special needs for local language trainings.
It is expected that you develop a strong and broad knowledge of all Corporate Solutions products as well as keeping apprised of its regulations and updates. You will be expected to continuously expand your knowledge within Investor Relations and Corporate Governance by participating in training sessions and proactively search for valuable information.
Qualifications required:

• Flexible in relation to working hours where all take their part in the duty roster. Our operating hours are Monday to Friday from 6.30 to 17.00.
• Eager to learn new systems and tasks
• Self-motivated, goal oriented and used to take on responsibility
• Working in a structured way with assignments
• Take full responsibility in any situation to help customers with their needs and wishes
• Stay positive and in control of the situation, when tasks and duties are many
• Constantly monitoring for how to convert your experiences with customer contacts into better services and new products
• Fluent in English and Finnish, both written and spoken
• Computer skills: MS Office applications, Basic HTML
• Client services experience preferred
