As our business is evolving, we are looking for a Client Service Consultant GMS (Global Mobility Services) to join us in Stockholm. As a Client Service Consultant, you will assist our clients' relocating employees with the logistics of a variety of global mobility services, with the main task of moving household goods and personal belongings from one country to another.
As a Human Entrance employee, you will charter new territory and go through personal growth. You will be encouraged and challenged to deliver great customer value. As a member of our diverse team, you will work with some of the industry's most experienced consultants. You will play an incremental part in our continuous growth and constant strive for excellence.
Main tasks of organizing and managing international moves are:
• Needs requirement analysis
• Cost calculations and data sourcing
• Adapt to clients' unique scope and demands
• Move Brokerage - source and benchmark of removal offers while maintaining professional relationships with industry suppliers and our trusted Service Partners
• Move Management - including insurance administration and claims handling
You hold at least two years of experience from global mobility services, move brokerage and/or move management, including experience from handling move related damage claims. Most likely, you have a background in logistics, ITS, Sea Freight, Air Freight and/or Customs Services. In addition, we value the following experiences and skills:
• Experience from operational service delivery in customer centric, multicultural and diversified organizations
• Fluent in English and Swedish, spoken and written. Additional languages are highly advantageous.
• Good Microsoft Office skills
• University degree
• Driver's license
• Personal experience from working and living abroad.

You are committed to growing customer accounts through cross sell and upsell activities. You are structured, yet flexible when required, work well under pressure, with a strong ability to maintain tight deadlines. You have an eye for improving processes, and you are result oriented. Your communication with colleagues, client companies and relocating employees is friendly, yet professional and swift. Last, but not least, you hold strong social skills and enjoy working in teams.
