Join the Mobile Broadband Modules team
If you are ready for a challenging and exciting job opportunity in an international organization, partnering with the major players in the ICT industry, we have several openings. We are currently developing the next generation LTE modules in Gothenburg. Our vision is to bring Mobile Broadband to all notebooks, tablets and Internet-of-Things and utilize worldwide LTE infrastructure to allow consumers to be connected anywhere, at any time.
Mobile Broadband Modules (MBM) at Lindholmen was started 2007 and is responsible for development, certification and integration of HSPA and LTE modules into consumer devices in co-operation with our customers - world leading computer OEM's and ODM's such as Dell, Lenovo and HP. The modules are based on platforms from Ericsson Modems.
We are looking for newly graduate and experienced Software Engineers
As a SW designer you will be developing notebook and module applications, drivers and firmware, primarily using C/C++ and GIT. You will be working with both Windows and Android drivers. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in cooperation with notebook OEMs, OS and CPU vendors as well as mobile network operators.
We are looking for persons with a strong drive and aim for results. You work equally well individually and in groups. You have high energy and are willing to learn new tasks and technical areas.
Last but not least, customer orientation and quality focus is a must.
Responsibilities & Tasks:
Perform Continuous Analysis and Requirement Handling
Develop and Test High Quality Products
Perform Trouble Shooting and Customer Support
Drive Continuous Improvements of Products and Processes
Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
BSc or MSc level in a technical discipline or the equivalent level of knowledge
Work experience from similar positions are to prefer, but not required
C/C++
English Skills, both verbal and written
