The company is growing a strong pipeline of own development candidates which are based on the company?s proprietary technology. The company is playing in a globally competitive growth segment of the pharmaceutical market.
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for overseeing and monitoring of the overall financial situation at the company, hereunder annual budgeting, continuous follow-up and daily financial advising in relation to the Company business. The role is further responsible for developing, implementing and managing the company's Investor Relations programs and strategies. Finally the role is responsible for administration and managing of the Company's phones and IT soft/hard ware.
You report to the CEO of the company. Some travelling is required.
Qualifications required for the job
• Minimum education as MBA or Master of Economy, PhD is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role (CFO) or documented experience within corporate accounting combined with working in an international pharma/biotech organization
• Documented experience in working at corporate level in a stock listed company
• Experience in the process of taking a company to the stock market is a merit
• Prior experience with building and maintaining Investor Relations
• Prior experience in working at corporate level with media and press contacts
• Communication and presentation skills at advanced level
• Pharma or Biotech experience is desirable
