As we are currently building the organization within NEVS and growing fast, we need to strengthen our Mobility Services and Customer Journeys team, you will play a crucial role in helping us transform to a global provider of mobility solutions for a more sustainable future.
We are now looking for a Chief Digital Officer!
Description
As Chief Digital Officer here at NEVS you will have multiple responsibilities. The first is to manage, maintain and improve the performance and security of the NEVS digital channels. The aim will be to make the sites an invaluable resource for both the visitors and the site owners by ensuring that the content stays current and easy for visitors to find and navigate across multiple devices and browsers. You maintain up-to-date technical skills to keep the digital channels operating correctly and securely and business knowledge to ensure they meet the needs of the users and the company. The second is to play a key part in helping to refine and build out our digital channel strategy.
Your main responsibilities would be to;
• Update and maintain the NEVS digital presence,
• Ensure that NEVS websites and other externally-facing digital channels are user-friendly,
• Manage and improve the security and performance of NEVS digital channels,
• Play a pivotal role in supporting, coordinating and building the digital channel strategy for the company.
Qualifications;
• BSc or MSc in computer science or related areas,
• Successful track record of 3+ years in a similar role,
• Proven experience with advanced HTTP server Platforms, HTML and related scripting and CMS technologies (e.g. WordPress, NGINX, SQL and Django),
• Deep understanding of performance optimization (e.g. CDN) and security,
• Experience with building and managing e-Commerce and/or CRM platforms,
• Experience with setting up and running site analytics software (e.g. Google Analytics) and using the findings to drive continuous site improvements.
You master English and Swedish, both spoken and written. Chinese is a plus.

Terms
National Electric Vehicle Sweden AB is a member of the Engineering Industries and covered by current collective bargaining agreement signed by Unionen / Sveriges Ingenjörer / Ledarna.
