You're truly an inspiration to the people around you, bringing a dynamic and human-centered approach to everyone you work with, in a servant leader approach. By forging strong relationships with those people, you will carry the responsibility to craft the approaches for a strong and diverse team that ultimately feels like a family. You are a champion of process, ways of working, learning, education, networking, measurement, and more, and help us craft a design team culture rooted in inclusion, togetherness, and continuous progress.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
As Chapter Lead Experience Design Ops you know how to give (and take) responsibility. You serve our entire team and wherever you go, your positive approach follows as you define, drive and optimize the workflow and our ways of working. Not only for the UX Chapter, but also in partnership with our many product teams. You connect with HR and our recruiting partners to co-create inclusive design recruiting, onboarding, retention, recognition strategies and approaches. By having a strong background as a UX and people leader you spot learning opportunities and follow these up by developing trainings, educational strategies, learning paths, bootcamps, hackathons, conferences, internship programs and more to drive the learning of our team. When needed you are capable of presenting both the resource and budget planning as it's your responsibility to make sure we have the right talent, expertise and strategy for our globally operating team. To ensure we can deliver at scale and with speed, you are responsible for discovering software needs and managing that process and leading our design system creation and evolution. To end up connecting all dots to our Experience Design culture, mindset and maturity growth you define and design the team meetings to make sure no opportunities for structured collaborative sessions are missed. When needed you use these same meetings for continuous skill-mapping, health surveys and other initiatives. For all decisions you make, you make sure to bring data/metrics to predict and follow up on the impact of your decisions.
