Your Role as CFO
As the CFO at Novatron Fusion Group, you will hold a central position in the company's leadership team, overseeing the financial strategy and day-to-day financial operations. Your responsibilities include building a great finance and accounting team, ensuring funding, revenues and expenses stay in balance while overseeing financial planning analysis functions.
The CFO is expected to significantly contribute to the company business plan as well as making recommendations on funding strategy and execution, the set up of new offices and analyzing financial data.
Your Responsibilities Include: Developing and implementing the company's financial strategy.
Taking charge of budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to ensure up-to-date financial data for the company, board, and external stakeholders.
Acting as a strategic business partner to the CEO and the rest of the leadership team.
Leading and developing the company's accounting processes and financial analyses.
Maintaining strong relationships with banks, auditors, and other external stakeholders.
Continuously implementing business initiatives in a timely, structured, and clear manner while preserving the innovative spirit of Novatron Fusion Group.
Your Qualifications: University degree in business administration or a related field.
10+ years of professional experience.
Ability to lead the company's equity transactions.
Excellent leadership skills and the ability to build and motivate teams.
Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English being comfortable in presenting for larger audiences and investors.
Great negotiation skills and experience drafting and negotiating agreements together with legal advisors.
Preferably experience in technology innovation or the energy sector.
