We seek a confident and passionate Campaign Specialist to join our Global Brand Marketing team. In this role, you play a big part in contributing and influencing a talented cross-functional team, and senior stakeholders, across the wider business.
THE TASKS YOU WILL OWN
You will drive the production planning, implementation, and evaluation of brand marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the Senior Campaign Manager on all day-to-day development of global campaigns as part of the brand marketing communications strategy, ensuring collaboration with all stakeholder teams at relevant stages of the process, and maintaining consistency and alignment with all channel owners.
Key contributor to shaping campaign brand marketing strategy with Senior Campaign Manager and Head of Brand & Marketing
Lead the campaigns production from brief to delivery of brand marketing campaigns ensuring they are launched consistently and effectively across all owned and paid for channels
Together with the Senior Campaign Manager, plan all creative resources' time and projects
Manage the delivery of all ad hoc 360 marketing campaigns, coordinating across paid/owned/earned marketing channels and sales channels.
Review and report on campaign performance and use this insight to shape future ideas
Collaborate with our internal creative team on the development of concepts and secure assets that are channel and platform-specific
Working within the business-critical path to schedule key meetings that deliver against the project timeline
Ensure clear and consistent communication with all key stakeholders throughout the seasonal/campaign planning process
Pursue new brand initiatives to increase visibility, reach and awareness of the brand, aligned with the business' wider growth strategy.

WHO YOU ARE

University Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Brand Marketing with knowledge across multiple marketing disciplines
Digital-first mindset
Experience in multi-channel global marketing campaigns, plans and content management, having achieved success through cross-functional collaboration
Experience in working in an exciting fast-paced environment with the ability to oversee multiple projects
Excellent project/production and stakeholder management skills
Full proficiency in English
Agency experience is considered a plus
