Job Description
As a buyer/product developer for Singular Society you will work with all product groups for Home including home textiles, hardware, kitchen equipment, dinnerware, personal care, home decor and more. You will be part of a small team of four buyers/product developers, a designer, a pattern maker and an assortment manager. This will give you a great opportunity to take ownership and have an impact while driving the product development and buying in a responsible and sustainable way.
Singular Society is a young brand in its early stages of development, which means that as a buyer/product developer, you are responsible for the whole process, all the way from idea to going live in store. You will play a crucial part in strategy for the Homeware assortment, come up with relevant products, source the right supplier, communicate directly with the manufacturer throughout the development process, and make sure labels, packaging and shipment is in order for delivery.
You will be a key player in driving member growth by analyzing sales and member feedback as well as current consumer trends in order to create the best Homeware assortment for current and future members.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have a passion for premium quality products that really make a difference. You have extensive knowledge in different materials, great attention to detail and an eye for shape, color and proportion. You thrive in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment with a lot of responsibility.
You are also:
Result-oriented with a business growth mindset
Prestigeless and a doer. Experience from working in a small company or startup outside the H&M group is a plus.
Organized with the ability to prioritize
Creative and have a strong visual eye. Experience in Illustrator or similar programs is a plus.
Skilled in assortment strategy and product development
An experienced buyer/product developer with extensive knowledge in homeware - textiles as well as hardgoods/decorations
A team player with strong communication skills

This is a permanent position with start as soon as possible and placement on Mäster Samuelsgatan 45 in Stockholm.
