The People Transport Solutions sales team at Sales and Marketing has the global sales responsibility for enabling sales here and now as well as building for longer term sales. Together with our business units, as well as the independent distributors, we face highly interesting and challenging tasks in a rapid changing business environment. In this role, you will have a great opportunity to take initiative to influence Scania's long-term growth and profitability ambitions.
Job Responsibilities
We are now looking for a Business Support Manager to join the ambitious and dynamic People Transport Solutions Sales team.
In your role you will face a wide variety of exciting tasks.
You will play a vital role in enabling the day to day business towards the market in cooperation with the Area Manager and other stakeholders to reach set targets.
You will support the Area Manager in securing that business conditions are set as well as optimized for each market according to set strategies.
You will have the responsibility of implementing commercial decisions within the delegated mandate and act as the main point of contact within defined areas.
You also have a duty to contribute to the continuous development of sales processes and improvements of systems, tools and templates as well as in areas concerning our commercial interactions with the markets.

You are a problem solving team player with an analytical mindset and a solid commercial interest.
You enjoy working in a fast-moving, result-oriented and truly international environment where paths forward and solutions are not always known.
You are self-driven, take own initiative and have a dare to try approach and can-do attitude, eager to find new ways to solve problems.
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
You work in a structured way and have effective time management skills.
You are able to identify opportunities for business development and operational improvements.
You master English fluently and it is a plus if you also master additional languages.
