As a Business Support Consultant, you will play a crucial role in the Models & Fabrication department, collaborating closely with the management team to provide day-to-day support for the Design modelling process.
Your primary responsibilities include:
• Managing the administrative process of consumables for M&F
• Overseeing the Chemical Handling System for M&F
• Organizing and managing studio supplies
• Creating Assignment Descriptions and Purchasing Requisitions for the department
• Establishing and maintaining Service & Maintenance agreements
• Providing support to the Management team as needed
• Participating in Management meetings
Requirements:
• Proficiency in Business Applications, specifically SAP
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities
• Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate efficiently and effectively
Meritorious:
• Experience as a business controller
• Knowledge of Chemical Handling Systems.
Technical skills:
• Microsoft Office SAP
• Competence requirements for: CAD (CATIA)
• Competence requirements for: Team Center Automotive
