hela Sverige We are looking for a Business Relationship Manager for utilities domain whose is responsible for bringing in new business as well as successful delivery of projects in assigned accounts. The purpose of this role includes, Account focused leadership to ensure client relationship enrichment through business development, project delivery, quality, timelines and customer satisfaction.
The role is based in Stockholm, Sweden. Flexibility to travel across European countries and India is a Must.
The key responsibilities include:
Leverage client relationship to identify and acquire new business opportunities.
Explore opportunities to cross sell other TCS offerings to existing client relationship to increase wallet share.
Track key market trends relevant to Nordic IT Market to position TCS Offerings
Showcase TCS capabilities to the client and suggest deployment of various models that can enhance the client's processes.
Liaise with external vendors / alliances to evaluate offerings available with them and customize them to create a new offering that meets client's requirements.
Build a strong network to strengthen client relationships.
Co-ordinate with the pre-sales team and support delivery teams during proposal drafting.
Undertake strategic planning for the assigned relationship in conjunction with senior management.
Provide key relationship inputs for forecasting and business planning.
Review delivery plans and budgets for the relationship.
Participate in Contract negotiations
Key Skills/Knowledge:
Atleast 10+ years of experience in the IT Outsourcing, Managed Services industry delivering large contracts and/or led engagements and developing solutions for clients
Excellent written and oral communication
Presentation Skills
Ability to work independently
Confidence and ability to present TCS' proposition independently at senior management levels in the client organization.
Experience in sales for various opportunities development, support
Knowledge of Utilities Business domain
