Deliver structured project- and program management for strategic initiatives and business opportunities across the Technical Division in the Nordic region, using appropriate tools and methods. Liaise closely with sponsors, stakeholders and business owners to ensure delivery of the business plan initiatives on time and on budget. Co-ordinate cross-functional ways of working to support delivery of programs, projects and development activities. Work closely with other members of the Technical Business Project Department to share learnings and drive continuous improvement in processes to better support the business.
In reference to the Division Head of Business Projects you shall ensure execution on strategic initiatives and that business projects are finished according to agreed scope, timeline and economy.
More specific you will:
• Describe and drive business projects from scoping over analyses to final recommendations, in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Secure prober analysis of business requirements, business cases and securing deliverables within project maturity process
• Be highly involved in analysis of potential business development and business cases
• Act as Product Owner in IT development/IT project delivery
• Ensuring that projects are aligned with ongoing projects in other departments such as IT
• Secure that projects are compliant with SOS governance
Strong project management, people and cooperation skills
You are experienced in project management and have the ability to work within and conclude on complex business setups. You know how to drive projects with a strategic and tactical commercial approach. You are commercially aware with a sound understanding of business priorities gained through experience of working in multi-disciplinary functions. You are skilled in making holistic decisions and solutions. You are structed, result orientated and have a positive mindset along with a winner mentality.
You can communicate fluent in both spoken and written English, and you are an experienced user of Microsoft Office - especially PowerPoint and Excel.
