Now we are seeking for a Business Project Manager for a consultant assignment with our customer in the automotive industry. You get an opportunity to work together with highly skilled colleagues in a global environment which provides opportunities to develop both professionally and personally. You will work in close collaboration with various stakeholders, delivering cutting edge solutions and services in line with the Company Strategy. For this assigment you can choose to work as a sub-contractor or be employed by Poolia. The assigment starts immediently and contiues until 2016-12-31 with option to prolong.

Publiceringsdatum2015-10-19Dina arbetsuppgifterThe mission of the Project Portfolio and Request Manager is to be responsible for the Production Pro-cess and IT project portfolio in line with the Process and IT strategy. The Project Portfolio and Request Manager secure optimal business value from IT investments in the Production leading and organizing a recurring and frequent dialogue to capture new business demands and to initiate re-prioritization and escalation. The Project Portfolio and Request Manager will work closely together with P&IT Site Man-agers, Process Managers and other stakeholders across the Production and be part of the P&IT PMM network. You will report to the Director P&IT Powertrain Production.
Key responsibilities
• Gather all Powertrain Production P&IT project proposals and secure proper project descriptions and classifications
• Verify cross project dependencies within the P&IT Function
• Act as the main interface between business operational demand network and P&IT decision bodies, leading the work to clearly define the Powertrain Production needs.
• Project portfolio capacity planning
• Driving the IT budget process in the Powertrain Production
• Support the 3 year plan and budget process for P&IT new development and enhancements
• Single point of contact to P&IT Office PPM function (including being part of PPM network and meeting structure)
• Represent Process & IT and participate in the planning and coordination of the respective Oper-ating Unit's Industrial Product and Process Project Portfolio.
• Participation and representation of P&IT Powertrain Production in Process, Solution, and Pro-cess & IT Management Steering Committees and Forums
• Secure that VGPP is updated.
• Communicating PPM information and project portfolio status to stakeholders in the Op unit
• Coaching and support to PM's and SC's in ISGDP
• Reviewing and quality assuring gate material, with special attention to budget, solution, re-sources and risk mitigation.
• Initiating business value reviews after project is delivered.
• Acting as SC chairman, per delegation by Process & IT Head.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
Since you are part of a global unit, with global responsibilities, you will need to actively cooperate with various stakeholders and navigate with ease in a multi-cultural environment. You also have a strong quality focus and a personal drive to reach the objectives and targets set for your area of responsibility, understanding how these contribute to the Company vision and strategy.
You need to be very structured and should have a coaching mindset. Capacity to work in complex and large global networks is a must.
Required competencies
• Deep understanding of both business processes and IT solutions within PRD and associated process areas.
• Experience from working in or with Operations.
• Good understanding of project portfolio management methods, tools and techniques
• Deep knowledge of, and experience from, ISGDP
• Strong presentation skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure efficient cross business interactions.
• As all documentation is in English, proficiency in English is required.
Required leadership skills
• Have the ability to drive for results.
• Have excellent prioritization skills and ability to eliminate roadblocks.
• Have a leadership characterized by high level of integrity and trust.
