Commercial Operations provides support to the Scania-owned as well as to the independent franchise network through its support functions and support companies.

Purpose of Role
The purpose of the role is to contribute to continuous improvements in the local operations in the area of Business Processes for Sales to Delivery and Contracted Services. All activities should have a clear connection to the CO strategic targets.

Job Description
The Business Process Manager role is responsible for defining and continuously improving Scania's Global Sales to Delivery Processes covering trucks, buses, engines and related services - on a holistic process level as well as more detailed workflow descriptions that can be used as input to system improvements. The Sales Business Process Manager is also responsible to developing business process metrics (KPI) that can be used to follow up result and to spread good practice across regions.

The Role
The Business Process Manager plans and coordinates the improvements of the Scania Sales to Delivery Processes, in close cooperation with regional representatives, representatives from Sales & Marketing and IT as well as Business System and Transformation within central Commercial Operation. The Business Process Manager also has an integral role in the concept development of system workflows, and in defining the business value of proposed developments.

Your profile
Attitude and a great interest in learning and exploring new things are key attributes we are looking for. An ability to plan, organize and prioritize from a holistic view would also be a benefit. Since much of the work will be done in cross functional teams we expect that you appreciate being part of a team and to reach result in close cooperation with your co-workers. You also have good communication skills and have the ability to get people "onboard" and engaged.

We see it as an advantage if you have previous experience from working with contracted services and/or from the Scania Network.
