Husqvarna Construction is now looking for a driven and experienced Business Process Lead (BPL) for the aftermarket and service business operations.
About the role
As a BPL, you are responsible for ensuring that the designed processes supported by the ERP solution (SAP) conform to the requirements of the business/divisions through collaboration with other process and enablement teams within the organization.
You will work in a professional team with BPL from the other divisions, as well as having a close interaction with BPO (Business Process Owner) and GPL (Global Process Lead).
Other duties:
Lead process mapping and analysis efforts to understand current state processes, identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in aftermarket and service businesses
Provide process leadership and support to project management, develop policies, procedures and standards based on Aftermarket and Services operations.
Develop detailed process documentation, including process maps, SOPs, and business requirements documents.
Lead change projects, developing and implementing various ERP solutions and business processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement optimized business processes that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
Identify and analyze opportunities for improvement of existing processes to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to design and implement effective aftermarket and service processes within the ERP system.
Ensure the right training, resources, and tools for effective work.

About you
We are looking for someone with extensive experience in aftermarket and service operations within a product-oriented company, along with a proven track record in best practices and process optimization.
This role requires clear and diplomatic communication with both peers and management regarding changes and their effects, and effective networking with senior internal and external stakeholders in relevant fields of expertise.
Additional qualifications such as training and experience in project management, change management, implementation of aftermarket and service processes, and systems management is considered a plus.
