What You Will Do at Production Logistics Planning & Delivery, you will contribute to transforming our company, the transport industry, and society. Your responsibilities include:
* Acting as an expert in order management, slotting, and sequencing processes.
* Collaborating with stakeholders to identify process development requirements and translate them into information system concepts.
* Participating in teamwork and networks to develop concepts impacting multiple processes and solutions.
* Be the interface between business and IT for order management, slotting, and sequencing.
* Leveraging your experience in IT and business projects.

The Ticket to Ride To succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualities:
* Good knowledge in Volvo Group's truck sales order management and need knowledge in product structure for optimal order steering.
* Excellent business understanding and a holistic mindset.
* Strong collaborative and analytical skills.
* Proven track record of delivering results independently.
* Effective communication skills and the ability to drive cross-functional networks, projects, and tasks.
* Knowledge of automotive manufacturing, production planning, supply, and logistics processes, within the Volvo Group.
* Interest in new digital solutions and technologies.
* Relevant university degree and/or extensive experience in order management and IT systems (OM, OPT, CSO and CAQ).

Your Future Team Production Logistics is part of Group Trucks Operations. We are an organization of approximately 650 colleagues, globally connected to deliver world class logistics solutions. We ensure that transportation is purchased, packaging is made available at our suppliers, material is transported to our production facilities, and vehicles are distributed to our customers on time. We design and optimize the Production Logistics supply chain for the Volvo Group and drive the Sales & Operations Planning process. Production Logistics Planning and Delivery are responsible for the development of the overall operational production planning and Distribute Product processes, ways of working and related digital tools. Additionally, we carry the responsibility to lead the Sales & Operations planning for the Volvo Group. PL Planning & Delivery are also responsible to drive VPS development within GTO Production Logistics organization.

In all areas of our responsibility, we work closely together with the regional and operational units and with Sales at the Truck Brands and BA:s to drive improvements, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.

Within PL Planning & Delivery, the Planning & CA Q Team main responsibilities are to develop Production planning processes and digital tools.
The team consists of experienced Business and IT experts working close together and in strong collaboration with stakeholders.
