Do you want to shape the future process for how we plan, produce and install production solutions at Customers?


As Business Process Coach you will be working with applying the Order Fulfillment Capital Equipment (OFCE) process and IT solutions into the local organisations within Tetra Pak. The main focus for this position will be to support local process drivers and super users in core Production Companies/Business Units/Production Centres/Entities with knowledge and understanding of how to best use and apply the OFCE process and solution in practice, and in driving further improvements.
You will be reporting to the Manager - process and master data support group within the OFCE Process and Business Systems Support department. This department is based in Lund, Sweden, and consists of a team of 13 people supporting Tetra Pak's Market Companies and Production Companies/Business Units worldwide. The position requires travelling up to 20% of your time.


Main qualifications

• Ensure integration of solution, working methods and procedures in the Global Information System Platform solution and the involved Tetra Pak organisations in the supply chain
• Develop Global procedures and work instructions for OFCE Product sales solution (primarily used in backend Production Companies)
• Guide how Super Users and Local Process Drivers should apply the solution to different business events/situations
• Support Process Reviews and analysis work using Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies
• Help transforming Key Performance Indicators and (Global) measurements definitions into systems specifications and globally documented working procedures.
• Work together with the Global Primary Process Drivers to drive continuous improvement activities and ensure the IT solutions deliver the desired functionality
• Work together with the Global Primary Process Drivers to drive change management activities and implement (new global) working procedures
• Define and spread Best practice
• Integrate with initiatives from other parties ensuring that the OFCE solution and procedures can support and fulfil new business requirements
Support Business Transformation projects where the OFCE Product sales solution is part of the delivery.





Qualifications


As a team member in a global environment, candidates with strong analytical and interpersonal skills will best meet our expectations. Leadership, process orientation, team-player, service attitude and focus on results will also be essential to the success of this position. You should possess the basic project management skills required to drive improvement projects.

We believe you have a University degree e.g. MBA or MSc Engineering with at least 5 years' experience of production planning, execution and management working in Discreet Manufacturing, with a strong interest in analysis and IT system usage. Solid theoretical knowledge about production planning and -management, together with experience from production planning, inventory management, supply chain planning and logistics are essential for success in this position. APICS certification and experience from digitalisation in manufacturing supply chains are merits. Our IT solutions are based on SAP tools, so we expect you to master at least the ECC Material Management (MM), Production Planning (PP) and Advanced Planning and Optimising (APO) modules. The work will involve international contacts so it is important that you are fluent in English both verbally and in writing.
