Job description
As Business Planner you will be responsible for tactical dimensioning of the global supply chain for radio base stations and included modules. You will work from a product perspective and handle activities related to dimensioning throughout the product lifecycle.
Your work will follow a monthly pattern triggered by the release of the monthly demand forecast. Based on the forecast volumes you will analyze the best way to utilize internal and external factories, analyze the need for investment in equipment and present global capability status.
The responsibility also includes participation in various projects on local and global level. Examples of recurring projects are introduction projects for new products, phase-out projects and product transfer projects between factories. Projects related to IT and business processes are also common.
You will have a lot of interfaces in Kumla and other sites around the world. You are expected to lead meetings and inform other departments and sites, often in English.
Qualifications
• Master's degree with supply chain profile and/or related work experience
• Very good English skills, written and spoken
• Presentation skills
• Microsoft Office skills

• Flexible and self driven, willing to take own initiatives
