You use your magnificent leadership, business and collaboration skills to optimise performance from player and business perspectives. We are a new studio and this is an opportunity for you to utilize your experience and entrepreneurship to establish and grow a long-term function organically and through partnerships.
Examples of responsibilities
• Working with the Head of Production to build a function for business performance, e-commerce and telemetry in close collaboration with the Infrastructure team.
• Working closely with the product teams to participate in and enable the development of outstanding games experiences with the support of data.
• Producing business cases and modelling scenarios in order to recommend actions.
• Review of business decisions and risks to provide strategic analysis & insights.
• Ownership of roadmap for the function.
It would be awesome if you have
• Experience from establishing and leading a function in games business performance, business intelligence and product management.
• Free2play and e-commerce experience.
• Experience from collaborating with management and games creatives on implementing new business models.
• Experience from big data pipelining.
• Know-how of event driven/based BI, full lifecycle from code to output and reporting.
• Game maker mindset, a desire to create magical experiences and to explore the unknown.
• Take pride in the quality of your work output. Your analyses and documentation reflects that of someone who is a high-profile professional.
