ROLE DESCRIPTION
You are the creator of opportunities. You will work in a team of experienced business managers reporting to SVP. You will handle new prospects, sales, marketing and account management for the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be solely responsible for your accounts and work towards a set of objectives. Source new leads and secure business through pro-active approaches e.g. face to face and phone sales meetings, identifying, qualifying and capturing new business and business models, plan and execute fairs, events, and participate in congresses, be an active contributor to our growth strategy and wider business plan, deliver results against set objectives, work with, and respond to complex, large business request for proposals.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
If you think this is the right moment in your career to prove yourself being able to manage different clients from a customer value add perspective and to build a new business within the B2B Electronics space, then this is a place for you.
We are looking for a person who is extremely dedicated and driven and who will strive to reach the set objectives at any given time.
You need a minimum of 10 years of experience in a sales and/or business development position, preferably in the B2B IT-, Electronics- and/or Telecom business.
You have a minimum of a Bachelor degree within Business, Marketing or Technology
Experience from the watch and jewellery industry is of extra value as well as extended experience from B2C business and the marketing side of the business.
We expect proven sales track record and a true entrepreneurial side of yours. You have proven track record in building new business.
Fluent English is expected.

This is a start up and beside the pure common work tasks to develop and deliver the products you as an individual will have an opportunity to influence and build up this new company. We will be located in Västra Hamnen in Malmö, Sweden in modern and inspiring office with easy access to public communication services. We target to be around 75 people within various areas from Creation, Development, Sourcing and S&M. Our main owner is one of the strongest Chinese company within the mobile industry.
