We're looking for talented Business Intelligence Specialist to join our Analytics Platform team.

The team is responsible for delivering an outstanding platform for analytics, used throughout the company to make data driven decisions that take our growth to the next level. You'll join of a dynamic and crazy-fun team of analysts and engineers, that work with all aspects of delivering a great analytics platform.

This means that we are working on diverse set of tasks ranging from developing our data pipeline to predictive modelling to visualization tools (this is where you come in).

You will take lead and execute projects and ad-hoc tasks required to deliver a truly great experience of using our BI tools. This mean that there will be a wide variety of things to do such as:

• Continuously gather requirements in order to have a solid understanding of how the BI capabilities need to evolve to meet the need from the organization

• Develop and quality assure data points, metrics and dimensions in our data warehouse required to power the BI tooling

• Design and develop visualizations and dashboards that democratize access to data

• Support and educate the organization in using BI tools for data driven decision making

Requirements:
• Ability to communicate technical details to non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and creative mindset
• Experience using SQL to extract and analyze data
• A few years (at least) of industry experience of using, developing and maintaining BI tools such as RJMetrics, Tableau, Qlikview or similar
• Degree in technical subject such as computer science or engineering, or equivalent work experience
Bonus points if you have programming skills
