Responsibilities:

The incumbent is expected to:

Identify Prospective clients
Generate Business from New Accounts
Grow Business from existing identified accounts.

Background & Experience:

The ideal candidate will be IT Services sales professional with a good track record of selling IT Solutions/ Servcies to any one of the following verticals.

Manufacturing Discrete
Manufacturing Process
Utilities
Financial services

The person should have 8 -15 years of relevant experience.
Be highly motivated self starter.

The person should have a thorough understanding and appreciation of Software Services Business. Experience in sales of Global Delivery based IT services is desirable.
Person should be able to understand and grasp needs and challenges faced by Client organizations and suggest suitable IT solutions.

Come up with new ways of engagements along with delivery team which brings in value to customers. Orchestrate sales and delivery resources and build virtual teams in marketing sales and delivery committed to and accountable for your clients? success.

Perform contract renewal activities focused on clients needs. Ensure Invoicing & payment collections happen within specified time frame.
Managing customer relations
He/ She should be well networked and interacted/ dealt successfully with Chief Information Officers and C level executives.

The person should be well experienced in software contract negotiations and should have handled a minimum sales targets/ quota of US $ 4 million (equivalent in country currency) .
Demonstrated history of sales achievements and good account relationship, ability to evaluate sound business opportunities and close deals.

Proficient in English & Scandinavian/ Nordic languages - written as well as oral presentation skills.
Must have good interpersonal and social skills (multicultural environment)
Able to work effectively unsupervised and with strong commitment to meeting the sales targets

At least 4- 5 days of travel each month is expected on the job

Education & Skills required

A graduate in any discipline. An engineering degree is preferred. He/ She should have acquired significant knowledge in IT by practice, if not additional qualifications.

Position will be based in our Helsinki / Stockholm / Oslo / Copenhagen / offices. Frequent travel at short notice is an essential part of the job to reach out to your customers/ prospects in your territory.
