We are now looking for a Client facing Business Development Manager with great team player skills to increase the market share by acquiring new clients, selling business solutions to existing clients and drive pipeline for business development. You will be responsible for leading the entire sales cycle and to ensure branding and awareness of opportunities within the internal stakeholders. You will be based in Stockholm, Sweden. Flexibility to travel across Nordic countries and India is a must.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Acquire new clients and sell business solutions to existing clients
Achieve Revenue & sales targets through demand creation
Ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization
Plan approaches and pitches
Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client?s needs, concerns, and objectives
Participate in pricing the solution/service
Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships in the customer account
Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
Arrange and participate in internal and external client debrief

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Master?s degree
Fluent in English. Knowing other Nordic languages is a plus
Experience in sales, pre-sales and management consulting
Very good knowledge & understanding of offerings, processes and operations in an offshore centric environment
Experience of working with CXO level client stakeholders
Experience in developing consulting offerings and solutions
