We are looking for a Business Development Manager responsible for leading the entire sales cycle and to ensure branding and awareness of opportunities within the internal stakeholders and increase the market share by acquiring new clients. Traveling is required within Nordics, Europe and sometimes to India as well
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Acquiring new clients and/or selling new business solutions to existing clients.
Achieve Revenue & pipeline targets through demand creation
Ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities
Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
Plan approaches and pitches
Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client?s needs, concerns, and objectives
Participate in pricing the solution/service
Present new products and services and enhance existing relationships in the customer account
Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs
Arrange and participate in internal and external client debrief
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
The Candidate should have done Post Graduation in Business Administration and Systems from a recognized Institute.
At least 12 years? experience in the IT industry
Should possess a degree in IT/Computer Science.
