We are now looking for a Business Development Manager responsible for Digital Based Delivery and Consulting Engagements in Big Data, Mobility, Digital Marketing, Cloud, AI & Robotics

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage Digital Sales for regions Sweden, Norway, Finland and Denmark
Put together new Digital Value propositions for the geography
Engage with customers to define their digital strategy roadmap based on experience within TCS
Articulate Big Data solutions with clear business cases
Create new propositions for region in Mobility solutions
Represent TCS in conferences and summits across the Nordic Region and showcase TCS experiences
Own the complete sales cycle for major RFP (right from prospecting to closure)
Lead and/or Build the proposal in line with RFI, RFP requirements by working with a global solution and delivery team
Lead the customer meetings and Joint value discovery sessions with customers during RFI and RFP process
Participate in Contract negotiations
Coordinate with 3rd party companies to create joint solution and response to bids

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A Post Graduate Degree in Management with 8-10 Years? experience and at least 4 years of experience in the Big Data, Mobility and Cloud Industry delivering large contracts and/or led the Solution Engagement for large contracts.
Should have a business background preferably in financial services sector
Experience in Digital outsourcing contracts
Strong Analytical Abilities
Experience in creation of Business Cases
Competitive knowledge about different service providers to create a successful pursuit strategy
Excellent written and oral communication
Presentation Skills
Ability to work independently
Confidence and ability to present TCS' proposition independently at senior management levels in the client organization.
