We are now looking for a Business Development Manager in IT Infrastructure Services responsible for Managing and Building Relationship.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead the customer meetings and Joint mutual value discovery sessions with customers during RFI / RFP process
Act as Pursuit Lead and/or Build proposals in line with RFP requirements by working with our global delivery teams
Create Solution Presentations based on Sales proposals, tender responses, and demonstration of TCS solutions to prospective customers;
Developing solutions to derive a suitable target IT spend and Future Mode of Operations with transformations across IT Infrastructure Services
Communication and presentations to executives, stakeholders through presentations, proposals, business analysis, technical evaluations and relationship management
Attending seminars, workshops and other exhibitions to showcase TCS capabilities
Establish and develop a relationship with the Customer organization that focusses on providing proactive proposals on innovative infrastructure solution
Liaise with Account Managers in the development of activities on existing customer sites, with the objective of extending TCS solutions
Liaising with Marketing on the preparation of promotional material and case studies
Participate in Contract negotiations
Work with delivery teams to create Statement of Work
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Academic degree
At least 8 years of experience in IT Infrastructure Services with 2+ years in Sales and Business development.
Experience in leading sales for IT Infrastructure Services
Good understanding of TCS IT Infrastructure Service offerings across Data Centre, End User Computing, Service Desk, Cloud Computing, Network and Security Services
Excellent written and oral communication
Presentation Skills
Ability to work independently
Confidence and ability to present TCS' proposition independently at senior management levels in the client organization.
