Tata Consultancy Services is looking to attract a senior sales professional for the role of Business Development Manager who would be capable and interested in expanding TCS footprint and presence in the Swedish Market
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for revenue growth The role would be a stepping stone to the leadership role in Sweden and Nordics
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is an individual position to deliver on Business targets for the Engineering services portfolio like revenue, OBV, TCS, new logos, Gross margin etc
Responsible to develop tractions with the new customers as well as grow engineering services solutions across existing TCS customers in Nordics region
Drive the creation of annual business plan/strategy where in the targets for the following Financial Year (Revenue, People) are finalised together with the strategy to achieve the same
Develop and manage TCS? relationship with the Customers at all levels from operational to tactical to CXO Levels
Work in matrix organization to achieve new business growth
Should be able to create presentations in line with customer requirements, value proposition on Engineering offerings
Perform bid manager role and liaise with other internal groups in driving the completion of our response
Present TCS relevant offerings, solutions to the customer group, identify these stakeholders within customer organization across Nordics and create win- win proposition
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
More than 12 years of experience in IT, Experience in Nordics is an added advantage
Should be able to write and communicate in English with different regions.
Bachelors degree in Mechanical engineering and relevant qualification in Engineering services across multiple industries like Aerospace, Energy, Resources, CPG, Heavy engineering and Hitech etc
