Aritco is looking for a Business Development Manager to drive business initiatives to accelerate the expansion of Home lifts through new distribution channels in German speaking markets. The Business Development Manager will be part of Aritco Lift new Business Development Team and report to the Business Development Director. Main tasks: Take the lead in identifying and developing new customers within defined strategic distribution channels (Retail / house builders / construction projects) and handle them to the Sales organization after proven success. Figures how the channels works to develop adapted sales and marketing tools.

Responsibilities
1. New customer development
Make the initial customer development work and researches the new market (identifies the competitors, identifies possible partners, etc.)
Seek out new business opportunities
Generate and qualify leads to find new customers
Identify and contact new prospects
Establish the first customer contacts
Analyze & understanding prospect customer
Agree upon the type of partnership to implement
Negotiate and initiate frame contracts (business terms, discount, prices, etc)
Create and develop adapted sales and marketing tools
Provide quotations
Prepare and guaranty the order execution process
Prepare and guaranty the implementation of the first(s) order (s) Ensure the new customer has required show room, POS materials, literature, training to properly market Aritco home lifts Handle new customer to Aritco sales after successful delivery of the first(s) order (s)
Ensure proper training and handover of all customer information to sales
2. Channel Specialist
Channel understanding: how does it work & what do we need. Develop Sales concepts and relevant sales and marketing materials.
Develop clear and understandable selling in materials and handle to Aritco salesmen.
Skills
Full German language proficiency. Developed capabilities in the areas of business administration, marketing, economics and finance as well as strong communications and negotiating skills. Experience from the building & construction market is preferred. Extensive knowledge and familiarity in how business operations work and to be able to understand, analyze and develop business strategies when working with new prospects. Team player, honest, self-motivated and driven to attain high levels of success against challenging targets. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. The job involves frequent travels to Germany
