hela Sverige We are now looking for a Business Development Manager for our Connected Products and Services, Manufacturing unit. The position is placed in Stockholm, Sweden. Extensive travel can be expected.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and Lead the Servitization Go to market strategy, sell customer specific Connected Products and Services solutions and develop existing and new business deals throughout the European Industrial Manufacturing Segment.
• Develop new prospects and opportunities for TCS Connected Products and Services Offerings for European Industrial Manufacturing Customers.
• Responsible for growing revenue from European market
• Run end-to-end lead generation, sales and RFI/RFP processes
• Drive revenue by scoping, structuring, and leading Connected Products engagements.
• Forge relationships with VP/CXO decision makers across in Departments like Strategy, Digitalization, IT, Product Management and Aftermarket Services for Industrial Manufacturing Organizations.
• Responsible for pro-active sales and create incremental services revenue
• Responsible for building a strong pipeline of prospects and building healthy relationships with some of the key strategic customers
• Define offerings and map them to relevant key customers developing a product fulfillment plan
• Creation of joint collaterals & success stories
• Create Go-to-market strategy for Connected Products and Services Offerings and generate its awareness in customer accounts within TCS.
• Achieve annual revenue & profitability targets
PROFILE
• At least 7 years' experience in a similar role
• Extensive experience in Account management and business development.
• Ability to engage with potential customer in a "consultative selling" mode, develop thought leadership for avenues to build new aftermarket services revenue models and advise customer on applications of digital technologies.
• Deep awareness of Manufacturing market, platforms, solutions and offerings in Advanced Analytics, Industrial IOT and Industry 4.0.
• Prior experience in customer engagements at Director, VP, and CXO levels
• Experience of working with Industrial Manufacturing domain Customers.
• Functional Knowledge of complete Manufacturing Value chain with major focus on Aftermarket Services for Installed Base.
• Experience of Consulting, Sales or business development within Analytics, IoT, and digital services
• Stay up-to-date on latest trends and innovations in the market
• Business-driven mindset
