Swedium Global is hiring Business Development Manager for Finland

Must Have:

• Several years of progressive experience with consumer products and services

Experience in VLSI/Embedded Domain

• Masters Degree in Business Admisntarion

• Strong Sales and business development expertise

• Experience in managing sales process and project pipeline

• Ability to lead and mentor business development staff

• Proven experience in developing strategic objectives and measuring outcomes

• Experience in working in Asian Markets

• Experienced with driving new products or services that enhance the customer experience

• Expertise in developing business plans, proposals, and financial budgets

• Strong project management skills, able to manage simultaneous projects

• Excellent English (oral and written communication) skills

Knowledge of Finnish language will be given more priority

• Ability to effectively communicate and present ideas to key stakeholders

• Able to work on a cross-functional team
