We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will work with account teams, sales teams and presales consultants and be responsible for domain & unit level growth and profit targets. The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden. Flexibility to travel within Europe and to India on short notice is important.
Key responsibilities include:
• Perform Business Development for TCS Business Process Services to Retail, CPG, FMCG, Manufacturing, Travel, Transportation and Hospitality companies across the Nordics region.
• Identify opportunities and help customers to evaluate TCS' business process services solutions and map to their requirements to leverage the solution.
• Create business development strategy and work closely with the various TCS horizontal services (such as Finance, HR and Supply Chain etc.), respective domain specific (e.g. Retail, Travel, Media etc.) solution teams, platform solutions, country Major Markets and ISU teams to drive revenues by leveraging the Business Process Services model.
• Identify, drive and close large & complex sales opportunities for TCS Business Process Services and identify solutions for key client opportunities.
• Identify key Business Challenges through interaction with key stakeholders and decision makers of existing as well as new clients and build transformational solutions in line with business goals of clients.
• Identify key trends & drive necessary improvements in sales to capitalize on opportunities.

KEY SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:
You should have at least 15 years' experience of working with India based Business Process Services teams managing large sized engagements and client servicing environments. Also, you should have extensive experience of having worked in the Business Process Services industry. It is expected that you have competitive knowledge about different service providers including TCS Horizontal & Domain Solutions and Business Process as a Platform to create a successful pursuit strategy. Furthermore, you should be experienced in leading sales & solutions of large, multi-country contracts. You have excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work independently with confidence and ability to present TCS' proposition independently at senior management levels in the client organization.
